Hi, I’m Allison Vega.

If we haven’t met yet, I’ll tell you the most important thing about me first: I am deeply invested in people. I believe in the power of community, and I believe that loving our neighbors means showing up for them—whether they are celebrating a new baby or a promotion, or navigating a divorce or an unwanted change.

That is actually why I became a real estate agent.

I’ll be honest—I really dislike the stereotype of the "salesy" agent. You know the type: pushy, focused on the commission, and unwilling to slow down and listen. That isn't me.

My Approach: Walking in Your Shoes

To me, real estate isn’t about hitting a sales number; it’s about guiding you into your next season of life. I approach my clients with empathy. I want to walk in your shoes to make sure you truly understand what you are committing to. There’s lots of paperwork, and I am here to explain it all.

I will worry about the ins and outs of this process so you don’t have to. I never want a client to fall in love with a house, only to realize later they can’t make ends meet without stress. I want the first-time homeowner to begin building real equity. I want the growing family to find a home they can fill with memories, not just a house that looks good in photos (but let’s be honest, that’s nice too so we’ll find it for you!).

Whether you are downsizing and afraid of missing what you once had, or buying your very first place, my goal is to help you find a space where your lifestyle can flourish.

The Background: Design, Construction & Tech

While my heart is in the relationships, my background is in the details. I bring a unique blend of experience to the table that helps protect your investment.

I speak "House": I grew up with a father who was a carpenter, and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Design. Today, I am married to a General Contractor (Francis Vega with Vega Bros Construction), and I’m often frequenting job sites. I don’t just see a pretty living room; I see the "bones" of a property. I can help you visualize renovations or spot potential red flags before we write an offer. If we find something I don't know, I have a network of experts I can refer you to immediately.

I speak "Data": I am a Senior Program Manager at Red Hat, a global software company with Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and previously I was a Marketing Manager for Lenovo. My career is built on breaking down silos and improving user experiences. I love data, I love spreadsheets, and I love technology. I use these skills to make the signing process effortless for you and to ensure that absolutely nothing falls through the cracks.

Life in the 'Boro

I am Southern through and through. My roots are in Southern Virginia, and I spent time living in Raleigh, NC before moving to Middle Tennessee in 2020 to help plant a church in Nashville.

That move changed everything—it led me to my husband, Francis. We chose Murfreesboro to put down our roots, and I found solid community here faster than I ever expected.

When I’m not analyzing the market, I am usually "mom." My husband and I are raising our son and daughter (and our little dog, Pepper Jack). You might find us building Magnatiles, dancing to Tonies songs, or putting together puzzles.

I also love to bake—I recently got a grain mill and I’m currently obsessed with perfecting my Ezekiel bread. I love trying new recipes for a cookbook club. My faith is the anchor of my life; I attend The Experience Community Church and I’m part of The Breaking, a community of women committed to genuine truth and honesty.
